Delivery Policy – Our digital service will be rendered on the release day of the product.  Delivery of any physical products is handled by the merchant and is subject to their delivery times.  For any issues with delivery, please contact the merchant directly.

Refund Policy – No refunds unless the service was unsuccessful or if the item was canceled by the merchant (Nike, Adidas, Footlocker, etc.)
